Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iStudio at istudio.genai.io.vn (“iStudio”, “we”, “us”), a tool that lets you connect a Facebook Page and schedule or publish posts to it. By using iStudio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use iStudio
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You may only connect Facebook Pages that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must have the right to publish the content you submit.
2. Your account
You sign in with your GenAI ID account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login secure. You may optionally connect a Facebook Page through Facebook Login; this grants iStudio a Page access token used solely to publish the content you schedule.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use iStudio to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise violates the policies of the platforms you post to (including Meta’s Community Standards and Platform Terms);
- Send spam or post content you do not have the rights to;
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the captions, media, and other content you submit. You grant iStudio the limited rights necessary to store your content and publish it to the Page(s) you connect, on your behalf and at the times you schedule. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
5. Third-party platforms
iStudio publishes to third-party platforms such as Facebook Pages. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and iStudio is not responsible for their availability, behavior, or any changes to their APIs that affect publishing.
6. Service availability
iStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled posts depend on third-party APIs that may fail or change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iStudio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from failed, delayed, or duplicated publishing, or from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using iStudio at any time and disconnect your Pages or delete your data (see our data deletion instructions). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we are required to terminate by law or platform policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of iStudio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
