iStudio (istudio.genai.io.vn) lets you connect a Facebook Page and schedule or publish posts to it. This page explains exactly what we store and how to have it deleted. For the full details of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
What we store
- Your GenAI ID account profile (identifier, email, name, avatar).
- Each Facebook Page you connect (Page ID, name, picture) and an encrypted Page access token used to publish on your behalf.
- The content you create — captions, links, uploaded media, and post schedule times.
- Publishing records (post status and the resulting platform post IDs).
How to delete your data
You have two options:
- Disconnect a single Page — in iStudio, remove a connected Page. This deletes the stored access token for that Page immediately.
- Delete your entire account and all data — email
contact@genai.io.vn from the email address on your account,
with the subject line
Delete my data. We will permanently delete your profile, connected Pages, stored tokens, content, and publishing history, and confirm by reply. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
You can also revoke iStudio's access from Facebook directly at any time under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
